What is an Application Cycle?

At least once a year HFHGCC opens an application cycle. The application cycle is currently open. HFHGCC hosts several homeownership program information sessions leading up to and during an application cycle. During the information sessions, you can learn more about the properties available, the process for homeownership consideration, and deadlines for your application submission. Applications are distributed electronically and during the program information sessions or may be retrieved by appointment at our Bellefonte office during an application cycle.
